With a business acumen you are unlikely to forget, Rich founded SelectUs Total in 2008 after many previous year’s experience in the recruitment sector.
He has pioneered the direction of the company into its specialised niche of finding the right client/candidate fit in a variety of specific areas at great speed.
His effervescent personality ensures that both clients and candidates are given the family feel, where professionalism and talent are nurtured to ensure everyone is approaching the job at hand with their best foot forward.
Mike has been with SelectUs Total from it’s establishment, and heads up the Food Service and FMCG Channel, primarily specialising in Sales and operations assignments.
Mike has established strong relationships with both national and regional clients, as well as having an extensive network of foodservice/FMCG sales and operations candidates.
Mike’s expertise lies in listening and understanding the requirements of each individual client, and sourcing candidates with skills that fulfill them.
Before recruitment Mike had a successful and varied career in senior management positions for companies both in the UK and overseas.
This experience has enabled him to successfully take on and complete a number ad hoc assignments outside his normal remit.
