What you will do

Adopt responsibility for the investment property portfolio and offer support to the property and facilities management function by providing administrative, operational and analytical support.


Tendering and management of large Design and Build projects using JCT

Perform contract sum analysis

Evaluating risk assessments, method statements, insurance relevance and validity

Conduct feasibility studies on new projects

Evaluate and appoint consultants (e.g. structural / geotechnical engineers)

Management of approved supplier list

Manage new and existing leases for commercial and residential lettings

Negotiate SLA’s and manage KPI’s for appointed contracts

Create tenders for minor works

Manage new installations, repairs and replacement of all facilities

Management of CRC.

Monitoring and control of energy consumption

Photovoltaic installations

Review, approve and query invoices

Oversee mechanical, electrical and refrigeration upgrades

Management of in-house support team



What you will have

Clean valid UK driving licence

Resident within reasonable commuting distance of Park Royal and prepared to travel throughout the UK.

Be a Graduate or above in relevant subject

Have a Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role.

Have Surveying experience (RICS desirable)

CIBSE membership (desirable)


What you will bring

Excellent analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (essential)

Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

Working knowledge of “Propman” or similar helpdesk software

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with fire alarms, sprinklers, Waste management and electrical installations

Ability to work on own initiative with ability to prioritise own workload and actively seeking to improve knowledge base

Ability to interpret technical engineering information and communicate effectively to non technical persons

Strong administration and organisation skills.

Ability to plan and see plans through to completion

Ability to work under pressure to agreed and moving targets


Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and  practices
